These terms apply to any person who opens or uses an account on cricex.top where access is permitted under local law. Eligibility depends entirely on the laws of your local jurisdiction, and it is your responsibility to confirm that access is lawful where you are located.

We collect the information you provide when creating your account — name, email, mobile number and payment identifiers linked to UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. We also collect transactional records, login timestamps and device identifiers for security and fraud-prevention purposes.

Retention periods are determined by applicable law in the jurisdiction from which your account was opened. Where no specific legal period applies, we retain active account data for as long as the account remains open and delete it within 90 days of a verified closure request.

Yes. You may request full account closure and data deletion through the Privacy Settings section of your dashboard or by emailing our compliance team. We process verified deletion requests within seven business days, subject to any retention obligations imposed by law.

Disputes are first addressed through our internal complaints process — submit your concern in writing to the compliance team with your account details and a clear description of the issue. If internal resolution is not reached, the governing law and jurisdiction specified in our full terms document apply.
